Sukki

Effective October 3, 2026

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Sukki iPhone app and this website, provided by LaBounty Labs, LLC ("we", "us"). By using Sukki you agree to them. If you get Sukki from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, these terms control to the extent Apple allows.

Sukki is not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service. It is a self-help journaling tool based on common cognitive behavioral techniques. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and it doesn't replace a licensed professional. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (US), call 911, or contact local emergency services.

Using Sukki

You may use Sukki for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to break the law. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

Your content

What you write in Sukki is yours. It is stored on your device, and you are responsible for keeping it, backing it up, and deciding whether to export or share it. See the Privacy Policy.

Beta versions

Test versions distributed through TestFlight may have bugs, change without notice, or stop working. Keep an export of anything you don't want to lose.

Ownership

The app, its design, and the Sukki name belong to LaBounty Labs, LLC. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. They don't transfer any ownership.

No warranty

Sukki is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular result for your mood or wellbeing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LaBounty Labs, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Sukki. Our total liability for any claim relating to Sukki is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using Sukki at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access to the app or any feature if we need to, for example to comply with the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Sukki after a change, you accept the updated terms.
